Order Processing
Stock Items
We aim to despatch stock items within 1 business day of receiving your completed order.
Bespoke / Non-Stock Items
We will communicate our anticipated despatch date with you during the order process.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination country. The cost will be shown during checkout after you confirm your shipping address and before you complete payment.
Shipping Method & Timescales
UK Orders
We use Royal Mail 1st Class as standard for all UK orders. Orders will normally be delivered the day following postage.
International Orders
All orders delivered outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please note that a valid email address and phone number are required to process international shipments.
Estimated delivery timescales:
- Canada & USA — approximately 1 week
- All other destinations — approximately 2 to 3 weeks
Timescales may be affected by local public holidays or customs processing delays.
Lost or Delayed International Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, please contact us at garethmitchelson@yahoo.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before getting in touch, as international parcels can occasionally be held at customs.
