EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day window. You can do this by logging into your account and requesting a return or cancellation directly from your order.
Once we receive your return request, items must be sent back within 14 days of your notification. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
- Log in to your customer account and open the relevant order.
- Select "Request a return" or "Cancel order" as applicable.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customers outwith the EU
You may return most(*) new, unopened items within days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We process returns as soon as we receive the returned items and either despatch replacements or issues refunds the same day.
